To develop his particular work of Natural Treatment,
the Naturologist learn different integral views of Traditional Medicines (Chinese, Ayurveda and Shamanism) and Anthroposophy; human sciences as Psychology,
Sociology, Anthropology; biological sciences as Biology, Physiology, Anatomy,
Neurophysiology and Pharmacology. This integral view will be applied to his
Natural Practices as Hydrotherapy, Phytotheraphy, Aromatheraphy, Cromotheraphy,
Reflexotheraphy, Art theraphy, Musictheraphy and others.
Naturology
can be applied in many different ways for health improvement of individuals or
community. The Naturologist can work individually with someone who wants to
take responsibility for his own health and in this way this person will be
called interagent, because he/she will
interact/work together with the Naturologist to his own improvement. The work
in communities or groups of persons (like Institutions) can be made by the
Naturologist checking the life quality of the group, using Natural Practices to
improve it and giving health education.
The
Naturologist doesn´t substitute the work of Medicine Doctor, Psychologist or
any other health professional. The Naturologist can work together with these
professionals to attain the benefit of integral treatment. Also Naturology is not meant to do physical
diagnostic.
